Quitting smoking can be difficult, but there are many community resources to help you. If you are currently contemplating quitting, or preparing to take action, you are already on the path to success. There's no one way to quit smoking. Customize your quit smoking plan to best meet your specific goals and needs. 


Navigating the smoking supports and services in our community can be overwhelming. Your local pharmacist and healthcare provider can also provide valuable support and options for making changes to your smoking behaviour.
