APH to Adjust Land Control Fee Schedule

Public Health to increase fees for services relating to the Ontario Building Code and land development. Fees to be adjusted starting January 1, 2026.
 

APH will be hosting a district-wide information session to discuss the applied fee increase for Ontario Building Code and land development services to residents across Algoma. The increased fees are required to address operational and delivery costs. Current fees will remain in place until the Board of Health approves the increase.
