Influenza vaccination

Sat, Oct 09, 2021

The flu shot is recommended for everyone 6 months and older. Immunization against the flu will be important this fall with other respiratory illnesses also circulating in our communities. The flu shot helps to protect individual, family and community health and prevents increases in flu-related hospital visits.

You can get the free flu shot from:

  • Your primary healthcare provider
  • Participating pharmacies
  • Public health community clinics

Flu shots will be widely available through participating pharmacies and primary care providers in the coming weeks.  Get your flu shot as soon as it is available to you.
