Algoma Public Health is required to follow up on reports of suspected and/or confirmed outbreaks of enteric and respiratory illnesses in retirement, long-term care homes, hospital and other institutions covered under the Health Protect and Promotion Act. The list below provides an up-to-date list of current and previous outbreaks in the facilities covered by Algoma Public Health.
