Take the Fight out of Food!
Every day dietitians provide practical solutions to help make healthy eating easier for you, your families and our community. This March, the focus of Nutrition Month is on helping Canadians improve their relationships with food.
Eating should be joyful, not a source of everyday frustration and confusion. If you're fighting with food try this three-step approach:
- Spot the problem and define what is causing your fight with food.
- Get the facts from credible sources and decide what needs to be done or changed to solve the problem.
- Seek support and put a plan into action with support from a dietitian, family and friends.
Below are some useful resources to help you start taking the fight out of food.
